About Us
NATIVE, Inc. has a total of 21 employees. Bismarck office has 17 employees (i.e., 4 administrative staff & 13 service) and Fargo office has 4 service staff. NATIVE, Inc. is in two locations. Bismarck is the main headquarters located at 2403 East Thayer Avenue Bismarck, ND 58501.
On October 1, 2023, NATIVE, Inc. moved its Fargo office to a new location. Our new Fargo address is: 115 University Drive North, Suite 102 Fargo ND 58102. NATIVE, Inc. is currently exploring the expansion into other urban areas of ND and SD.
NATIVE, Inc. services staff are trained and certified in many programs: ND’s behavioral health programs comprised of person-centered care coordination and peer support services, HUD’s homeless prevention and stabilization programs, juvenile delinquency prevention program, various Native American parenting, intergenerational trauma healing, recovery and traditional healing programs, and many community-based Indian education programs for youth and families.
To better serve our Tribal and other Indigenous clients within urban communities, NATIVE, Inc. utilizes Tribal curriculums, person-centered and wrap-around models to improve services to Indigenous persons and families including curriculum imposing Indigenous values and cultural ways. NATIVE, Inc. staff are comprised of care coordinators and peer support staff who share lived experiences and cultural backgrounds to best relate to the clientele and the communities it serves ensuring clients and the community have a community space and culturally responsive services for its youth, adult, and family households within the ND urban communities.

North Dakota is home to 5 federally recognized tribes: Mandan Hidatsa & Arikara, Standing Rock Sioux Tribe, Spirit Lake Nation, Turtle Mountain Band of Chippewa, and Sisseton Wahpeton Oyate.
